Spring Web Forms
Spring Web Forms allows creation of forms for use on the live website.

Setting up Spring Web Forms
To start make sure the site has the required spring.form.css CSS file added to the top level 'Website' folder in Site Manager.
- Create a new page, and give it an appropriate Title, ID and Status
- If there is no tab called 'Web Form' then:
- Save the page, then click the 'Custom Forms' link
- From the 'Custom forms' panel select list choose 'Web Forms', then save the page.
- Click the 'Web Form' tab
- In the 'Form Type' section, set the 'Action' drop down menu to 'Spring' (or one of the other specific options if you require)
- Optionally enter a Heading, Description and Submit button text
- You are now ready to start adding Form Field definitions
