Clearing your Browser cache
Internet Explorer 6
- From the 'Tools' menu choose 'Internet Options...'

- In the 'Internet Options' window click the 'Delete Files...' button

- In the 'Delete Files' dialog box, click the 'OK' button, then click the 'OK' button in the 'Internet Options' window

Internet Explorer 7
- From the 'Tools' menu, select 'Delete Browsing History...'

- In the 'Delete Browsing History' window, click the 'Delete files...' button

- In the 'Delete Files' dialog box, click the 'Yes' button, then click the 'Close' button in the 'Delete Browsing History' window

Internet Explorer 8
- From the 'Safety' menu select 'Delete browsing history...'

- In the 'Delete Browsing History' dialog box, tick only 'Preserve Favourites website data' and 'Temporary Internet Files' then click 'Delete'.

Internet Explorer 9
- From the 'Tools' menu (gear icon) select 'Safety > Delete browsing history...'

- In the 'Delete Browsing History' dialog box, tick only 'Preserve Favourites website data' and 'Temporary Internet Files' then click 'Delete'.

Firefox 3+ (Windows)
- At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu, and select Options....
- Select the Advanced panel.
- Click on the Network tab

- In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now.
- Click OK to close the Options window
Firefox 3+ (OS X)
- On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu, and select Preferences....
- Select the Advanced panel.
- Click on the Network tab

- In the Offline Storage section, click Clear Now.
- Close the Preferences window
Safari 2.0 + (OS X)
- Look at the top of the screen. Click on the word "Safari" in the top menu items.
- A list of choices will appear.
- Click on "Preferences."
- Click on "Empty Cache."
- A little box will pop up asking if you are sure you want to empty your cache.
- Click "Empty."
- To make sure your cache is clear, close/quit your web browser and then launch it again.
